Find Mold Remediation Pros is a company-first contractor directory designed to make local mold remediation data easier to browse and audit.
The site is built on Next.js 14 App Router and generated entirely from a local JSON export of mold remediation companies. There is no database dependency and no runtime API that shapes the directory pages.
That architecture keeps the pages portable, predictable, and easy to redeploy. State pages aggregate companies at the regional level, city pages narrow the market, and company pages expose every exported field available for a single business.
The directory favors transparent presentation over hidden scoring. Company cards surface the source-backed facts already in the dataset: location, contact details, certifications, and website grade.
